Every row is captured from MLB’s official StatsAPI transactions feed with MLB’s published description unedited. A trade appears on both clubs’ pages for the season; signings include both major-league and minor-league contracts signed with the club; injury-list moves and minor-league affiliate-only transactions are outside this archive’s scope.

This window opens in 2011, after the franchise had already been renamed from the Tampa Bay Devil Rays to the Rays (2008).
