Every row is captured from MLB’s official StatsAPI transactions feed with MLB’s published description unedited. A trade appears on both clubs’ pages for the season; signings include both major-league and minor-league contracts signed with the club; injury-list moves and minor-league affiliate-only transactions are outside this archive’s scope.
Cleveland rows from before the 2022 season are Cleveland Indians moves: the franchise was renamed the Guardians after the 2021 season, and the feed lists every row under the current name.
