Every postseason on record from 1884 to 2025, year by year: World Series, League Championship Series, Division Series, Wild Card and the early exhibition-era series, with the exact wins, losses and ties as the source stages them. Pick a season.
No series is recorded for 1891, 1893, 1894, 1895, 1896, 1897, 1898, 1899, 1900, 1901, 1902, 1904, 1994. The 1891 to 1902 gap is the exhibition-to-modern transition: after the 1890 series the leagues staged no interleague championship until the modern World Series began in 1903, and 1904 had none because the winning National League club declined to play. There was no 1994 postseason: the players strike ended the season in August, and for the first time since 1904 no World Series was played.
Each season page lists every series the source records for that year with the champion, runner-up and result. Early series are shown honestly: the 1885 and 1890 series ended level and the 1892 Championship Series included a tied game, and the champion column names the club the source credits. Club names are era-accurate and link to today’s franchise page where the lineage continues.
